Frankin
City Hall is located on historic Iberia Street in the former E.A. Crowell
Elementary School, a handsome home for city government.
Serving as a high school before it was an elementary school and subsequently acquired by the city, the Crowell building holds the city's administrative office and council chambers.

The Alex P. Allain Memorial Branch Library on Iberia Street, next to Franklin City Hall, is the central branch of the St. Mary Parish Library system, with other branches across the area. A wide selection of books, magazines and audio-visual materials are available, and the library participates in the interlibrary loan system as well. |
