• Total: $300 = $250 (refundable) + $50 (nonrefundable connect fee)
• Must be signed and dated

Items Required for a Draft Application:

• Must authorize as City of Franklin
• A voided check from same account to draft
• Must be signed and dated
• Name on water account same as on draft account

The following are charges for additional services:

• Clean-up fee: $30
• Residential Deposit: $150
• Residential Connect Fee: $50
• Commercial Deposit: $250
• Commercial Connect Fee: $50
• Request Re-read: $5
• Reconnect Fee: $25
• Repeat Visit for Leaks: $20

ALL LEAKS—CUSTOMER HAS 30 DAYS TO GET REPAIRS TO PREVENT METER FROM BEING TURNED OFF OR PULLED.

• Account Transfer Fee: $25
• Charge to Reinstall Pulled Meter: $50
• Penalty for Late Payment: 10% of water charges

ALL CUSTOMERS SHOULD HAVE A CUTOFF VALVE INSTALLED BETWEEN THEIR HOUSE OR OTHER STRUCTURE.
